History

Zaal Mohammed Zaal is a third generation entrepreneur with extensive real estate and development interests in the region, the United Kingdom and Europe. After two and a half years of research, planning and development Mr Zaal was given the personal blessing of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum through the Dubai Development and Investments Authority. Al Barari is backed by a large South African consortium comprised of four prominent families boasting substantial interests in real estate, hotels and trading. The projects financing is spearheaded by the Abu Dhabi Finance House whose shareholders include Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC) and the National Investor, whilst AL Tamimi & Associates head the legal team for the development.
