Burj Dubai, once complete shall be the landmark of Dubai, Middle East's landmark. It is shaped like a desert flower, raising over Dubai towards the clear sunny sky of the Emirates. The top will have an Observation Deck where one can experience panoramic views from the highest point over the city. The world's tallest skyscraper also features residential, commercial, hotel, entertainment, and one of the world largest shopping malls, the Dubai Mall.

The Residences
The Residences are high-end apartments, built with expensive finishings and shall provide state-of-the-art facilities.
Sky Living
Burj Dubai will have luxury apartments on the higher floors called the Sky Residences, which shall have the most luxurious finishings and services.
Downtown Dubai The community that is around Burj Dubai, and includes the Old Town, the Dubai Mall and Burj Dubai itself.
The Boulevard
A boulevard built for pedestrians and cars to enjoy walks and drives with greenery and views of the lakes.

Dubai Mall shall be one of the biggest shopping malls in the world. Among a lot of different entertainment it shall feature a large aqarium.

The lake next to Dubai Mall shall have Emaar water spectacle.
The largest fountains in the world as the centrepiece of its Downtown Burj Dubai project. The fountains, which has yet to be named, will be capable of shooting water over 150 metres into the air - the height of a 50-storey building - and stretch over 275 metres - the length of two football fields

The $218 million project will be 25 percent larger than the iconic fountains at the Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas.
Like the Fountains of Bellagio, Emaar's fountains will include an integral light and sound show and is expected to become one of Dubai's major tourist attractions, drawing over 10 million visitors per year.
